November 1 is All Saints Day

  • Mass is at 8:30am – to pray in gratitude for all the wonderful people who are the support and encouragement and blessings in our daily life.

November 2 is All Souls Day – to remember the deceased loved ones – who continue to intercede for us with the Communion of Saints in heaven. We invite you to bring a picture or the Memorial Card of your deceased loved ones.

  • Mass in the morning: 8:30am
  • Mass in the evening: 7pm

November 4 / 2023 St. Philip Neri Parish Chili Supper (after the Sat. 5pm Mass)

PLEASE sign on the bulletin board your attendance (your family and number) and your culinary skills to bring a pot of chili or your favorite bread.

A special invite to all of you who come to the Sunday 10am Celebration of the Eucharist: please join the SPN Family – to meet and greet other members of the Parish, to grow in appreciation for the extended parish family.

1) The St. Philip Neri Truth & Reconciliation Committee invites you for a “Treaty Learning Journey” (four Saturdays)

  • Venue: Queen’s House of Retreat – 9:45 am – 12:45 pm
  • Cost: Free (a good-will offering of $10 per session will be graciously accepted) No pre-registraiton required.
  • Its focusExperiencing a fundamental re-wiring and understanding of the relationship between First Nations people and the British and Canadian governments … with a resolve to help build a better future for all the people of this land.
    • Oct. 28 – “Before the Treaty”?
    • Nov.4 – “What happened at Treaty”?
    • Nov.18 – “After Treaty”?
