COVID-19 continues to put all of us on social alert. The St. Philip Neri Parish community, along with every sector of our society, is continuing to do what we can to bring the COVID virus under control. The Parish has done everything it can by strictly adhering to social distancing, sanitizing of hands and the compulsory wearing of masks to offer a significant measure of safety to those entering our building.

To help us monitor our social distancing in the Church this Christmas Season, we ask you to please register for the Christmas Eve Masses at 5 pm, 8 pm and 10 pm. We will limit our number to 170 persons for each of these Masses, including children.

Please note, as of Dec 12, the 5 pm Mass is now FULL, and even though you may have registered for this Mass, you will still want to come early, especially if you have a large family.

There is still plenty of room at the 10 pm Mass, and you do not need to register for the Christmas Day Masses, at 9:30 and 11:30 am.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Registration – December 24

How to Register using our System

We use an online software system called “VOLUNTEER SIGNUP”  to help with parishioner registration.  Our software is designed for volunteers.  Please be assured when you sign up you are only registering to attend – not to work.

To use this system to register:

  1. Click on one of the blue coloured buttons listed above for the Mass time you wish to attend.   You will be taken to this online system.
  2. Go to the row where it says ATTENDEE. Go to the end of that row and click on the green arrow.
  3. You will be taken to a screen that will ask you for your contact information.  When you are finished entering your information, identify the fruit, and click on the green button that says , “Agree and Sign up” at the bottom of that screen.  Please register EACH family member separately.
  4. Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email ‘thanking you for volunteering for the date and time’ you have signed up for. This is just the pre-set, locked format for the program and we can’t change the wording from volunteering to attending.  If you look a bit closer at the email, you will see you have signed up to be an ATTENDEE – not to work.

We are glad you are able to join us this Christmas Eve.

If you have any trouble registering online,  you may also call our parish office, (306) 343-0325 during regular office hours and we will assist you to sign up for a Mass.
