Why Should You Give.

Joyful giving is sharing, in a planned and proportionate way, the wealth with which God has blessed you.   When you give, you are partnering with us to be an access point for others to discover Jesus so they may learn all about Him and love Him as much as you do.

If you haven’t already done so, we ask you to reflect in prayer if now is the right time to make a gift to our parish.  Your gift, no matter the size, is valued and appreciated.  Thank you.

Below are listed options that are available for giving. Remember that as a registered contributor, your donations will be tax receipted at year-end and your charitable tax credit will reduce the out-of-pocket cost of your donations.

Pre-Authorized Giving – Debit Accounts

This option allows the ease of automatic withdrawal and the reassurance that your gift is being offered even when you are away.

  • a voided cheque will be required for your banking information input
  • you can set your automatic withdrawal for the first and/or the sixteenth of each month
  • our pre-authorized giving program does not take into account the diocesan and other special collections.  There are special collection envelopes available in the welcome area for you to use
  • forms are available at the parish office, or download our Pre-Authorized Giving Form and mail, email, or return it in the Sunday collection basket

Pre-Authorized Giving – Credit Cards

To make a donation using your credit card, the Diocese of Saskatoon Catholic Foundation offers a Parish Offertory program.

  • donations can be processed using their online form on their secure webpage, (regular credit card fees of 3% will apply)
  • a pre-authorized giving form is also available
  • or a printable form which can be mailed
  • donations can be made as a one-time or recurring payment
  • the diocese will forward your donation back to our parish

Interac E-Transfer

If you don’t want the rigidity of a regular monthly withdrawal but still want the ease of online banking to make a donation.

  • register our interac email,   in your bank’s online system or banking app
  • depending on your bank, you may need to input a security question to enter us as a payee or recipient.  Once we are listed as a payee, our email is set as an automatic deposit so no security question will be needed to make the transfer
  • please ensure we have your contact information on file at the parish office if you wish to receive a charitable donation tax receipt at year-end
  • for class registration fees or fundraiser purchases, please provide a short explanation in the message box indicating what the money is intended for.  Some examples include, marriage prep fees,  VBS registration, or tomato plant sale

Exception:  Mass intentions – cash transaction only, thank you.
